Trophy Lands 2008 CSI Award

Trophy Sportfishing Boats is proud to announce that the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the leading association in the recreational boating industry, awarded Trophy Sportfishing Boats on July 14, 2008 with one of its highest honors, a 2008 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award.

The NMMA's Marine Industry CSI program recognizes marine manufacturers whose pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement earns them overwhelming customer support. Trophy received the award in the fiberglass outboard boats category. Trophy has always been a trusted name among serious fishermen, and this award reflects Trophy's commitment to provide customers with unrivaled fishing platforms.

Companies must actively measure customer satisfaction to be considered. Trophy's award reflects an achievement of 90 percent customer satisfaction or higher over the past yearÑmeasured independently and based on information provided by all consumers who bought a new Trophy between April 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008. More than 66,000 consumers participated in 2008 CSI Awards surveys.

The NMMA will acknowledge Trophy and the other CSI Award winners during the 2008 International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) in October.
